Interested in learning more about wine? This event includes a wine tasting session along with a renowned wine speaker, Joseph Tan, who will share more about wine and wine recommendations.

The event also includes a sumptuous buffet dinner to ensure our participants won’t be leaving the event hungry! More info on the buffet menu may be found below.

Buffet Menu

Starters

• Cold Platter - With drunken chicken, pate en croute and prosciutto ham

Mains

• Miso Glazed Sea Bass - Grilled sea bass glazed with miso and topped with mango salsa
• Roasted Pork Belly - Marinated with spices and herbs and roasted for a crackling skin
• Grilled BBQ Chicken Chop - Grilled boneless chicken leg glazed with homemade BBQ sauce
• Grilled Vegetables - Melange of garden vegetables grilled with a butter baste and finished with balsamico
• Penne Arrabiata - Short tubed pasta cooked in spicy tomato sauce with chilli, garlic, herbs and onions.
• Sliced Roasted Sirloin (Live Station) - Marinated with herbs and whole grain mustard, served with roasted root vegetables, buttered peas and mushroom sauce

Dessert

• Passion Fruit Mousse with Peach - Chef’s Recommendation
