Notice of Filming and Photography

Dear Participants,

Thank you for joining this event organised by Kembangan-Chai Chee Grassroots Organisations. We would like to inform you that we will be taking photographs and/or videos of your participation during this event, which may be used for our future publicity and publications. We appreciate your support to our organisation, and we believe that the photographs and/or videos featuring you will enhance our publicity materials.

Your participation in this event shall constitute consent for the organisers to use photographs and/or videos taken of you for non-commercial purposes in our future publicity, publications and social media platforms, including but not limited to posters, flyers, newsletters, and on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok without the need for any signature acknowledgement on documentation. This consent includes:

(a) your understanding that the photographs and/or videos may be altered or edited, as necessary, to fit the requirements of the publication or to enhance the quality of the image;

(b) your acknowledgement that your photographs and/or videos will be visible to the public and that there is a possibility that they may be shared or downloaded by other users; and

(c) your agreement that the People’s Association and Grassroots Organisations will not be held responsible for any unauthorised use of your photographs and/or videos by other parties.

Your participation in our events and corresponding consent to our taking and utilizing of photographs and/or videos taken of you is voluntary, and you may withdraw it at any time by providing written notice to the Kembangan-Chai Chee Constituency Office.

We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to your continued active participation in our events and activities.
